An interesting twist would be for us to find out that Lana’s book is completely fiction, and we’ve just been viewing her story/lies the entire time. That would make Johnny a fan that’s just gotten too caught up in her fantasy world.

How can Alma be imprisioned for killing someone that’s already dead? Wouldn’t finding out Grace’s true identity like totally blow the roof off Briarcliff? 

Unless Grace made up a new identity, but it’s hard to do that and get away with it … even if it was the 60s-70s. 

I call bull.

In the mean time, I think cults could maybe be a clue for next year. Maybe.
